Super Easy Halloween Desserts

Milano mummies

Whether you’re hosting a Halloween party at your house or need some fun items to send into school with your kids, here are some ideas for easy Halloween desserts.

Mummy Milanos

The cookies above could not be easier! In a microwaveable safe bowl, melt 1 cup white chocolate chips with ½ tablespoon vegetable oil until smooth. Using a spoon, cover one side of a Milano cookie with the white chocolate and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Continue with all the cookies from the 7.5 ounce package. Let completely dry. Put the remaining white chocolate in a resealable plastic bag and cut the tip. Drizzle over the cookies to look like mummy bandages; before the chocolate melts, place candy eyeballs on each cookie. Adapted from Chelsea’s Messy Apron.

No Bake Cheesecake

It may seem a bit like cheating but when your party goers take one look at it, they will be really impressed with your decorating skills. Crushed cookies are used for the dirt, Milano cookies turn into gravestones and candy corn and pumpkins are the graveyard decorations.

Eye-Scream Treats

These treats from Parenting.com are super easy and really delicious! You simply take a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle with strawberry syrup for a bloodshot effect. Place a blue M&M in the center and drop each with black decorating gel to look like a pupil. That’s it!

Pumpkin Cake

Cursed Candy Apples

These candy apples are a true work of art! After getting covered in white chocolate, a red dyed caramel gets drizzled over the top to look like blood. The cleaned branches on top make the package complete.

Spider Web Brownie

You can make your own giant brownie using this recipe or you can always buy one and then follow the easy instructions to decorate it to look like a spider web. Use plastic spiders for a super easy garnish or you can make one out of chocolate!
