I sent these to my sister in the hospital but gave them the wrong address. When I called customer service the day it was supposed to ship, they were able to track down my order and the cookies were delivered to the correct hospital the next day.

This gift was sent to a friend who had a minor eye operation and she absolutely loved the cookies.She said they were delish & "too good". I had this gift sent overnight for extra fees& it arrived on time. The only issue I have and the reason I didn't give it a top rating is the following: My friend had no way of knowing who this was from&that it was a get well gift with a card&a poem written by me was because no card was "enclosed" in the gift. When a few days passed& I hadn't heard from her,I called her.After talking for several minutes, nothing was mentioned by her,not even a thank you. I finally asked her if she received anything in the way of get well gifts/cards.She replied that she received lovely cookies,but no card enclosed. She assumed it was from her daughters who lived in New Jersey since there was a New Jersey label on the box. I informed her it was me& then called customer service@Gourmet Gift Baskets. They told me the card was behind the packing slip which has the recipient's name&address& is on the front of the box. I have used this company for several years& never had this problem.Who places a gift card in that spot? Called my friend back up& fortunately the box was not picked up yet by recycling. It took a while to get to the card,but it was there, behind the packing slip. I never would have thought to look there. I will use this company again & suggest the important card is placed in a more accessible spot.I paid quite a bit for this gift&definitely want the credit for sending it to go to me. Thank you.
