Strawberry Cocktails for Girls’ Night

Sometimes you just need a night with your girls! And what’s girls’ night without a delicious cocktail or two (or more!)? Whether you have a drink before hitting the town or stay in for a relaxing evening, here are a few strawberry cocktails (beyond the standard strawberry daiquiri!) that we recommend for any occasion:

Strawberry Rose Gin Fizz
Yield: 2 drinks

Ingredients:

  • 6 strawberries
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 4 shots gin
  • 1 teaspoon rose water
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup club soda
  • lime

Directions:

  1. Wash and de-stem the strawberries.
  2. Dice the strawberries into tiny pieces, about 12 pieces per berry.
  3. Sprinkle the sugar over the top of the strawberries. Let sit for 5 minutes. Then, mash the strawberries with a fork to release their juices.
  4. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the strawberry mixture, gin, rose water, and a pinch of salt.
  5. Shake, then divide between two glasses.
  6. Top each glass off with club soda and squeeze a lime wedge into each glass.
