Had such a lovely experience with GourmetGiftBaskets.com that I will forever be a loyal customer! Ordered a gift for my son who was away from home for his birthday. There was a snafu with the delivery (not the fault of the company at all, it was the carrier) but when I called customer service they were so helpful, compassionate, patient, prompt and remedied the situation immediately - went far above my expectations. I received the berries 4 days before Valentine’s Day as this was the only date available before Valentine’s Day. I kept the berries hidden in the fridge until the big day. I was shocked to say the least when my wife opened her box of old moldy chocolate covered strawberries. After calling customer service she informed me that the strawberries were supposed to be consumed within 48 hours of receiving them. I have not seen this anywhere. These berries were clearly packed and shipped already old. See photos.

tasted many from a friend who lives near the shop: oh and the place is classy & adorable all in one....the decorations / the aroma mmmmm but most of all the taste...You will not be sorry & I know since chocolate is my fav food on earth!! And this chocolate is from Heaven I am certain....perhaps they are angels in disguse haha...I would not be surprised after tasting many of these items ...I'm in love! ps and the Penguin is so sweet and perfect for Pittsburgh !
