Recipe: Strawberry Goat Cheese Wraps

Strawberries make every meal better – even lunch! Perfect for a healthy mid-day meal, this easy recipe makes a healthy, filling lunch yours in no time.
Ingredients:
- Strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced
- Wheat tortilla wraps
- Baby spinach
- Goat or brie cheese
- Balsamic vinegar
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Dark chocolate (optional)
Lay the tortilla (or tortillas, if you’re making more than one) flat onto plates and place slices of cheese of the wrap to form a rectangular layer. On top of the cheese, place the thin slices of strawberries and then pile on some baby spinach (about two handfuls).
