The cookies above could not be easier! In a microwaveable safe bowl, melt 1 cup white chocolate chips with ½ tablespoon vegetable oil until smooth. Using a spoon, cover one side of a Milano cookie with the white chocolate and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Continue with all the cookies from the 7.5 ounce package. Let completely dry. Put the remaining white chocolate in a resealable plastic bag and cut the tip. Drizzle over the cookies to look like mummy bandages; before the chocolate melts, place candy eyeballs on each cookie. Adapted from Chelsea’s Messy Apron.
No Bake Cheesecake
This Halloween cheesecake is super easy because you start with one that’s already made! It may seem a bit like cheating but when your party goers take one look at it, they will be really impressed with your decorating skills. Crushed cookies are used for the dirt, Milano cookies turn into gravestones and candy corn and pumpkins are the graveyard decorations.
