For starters the cookies are fully covered with chocolate- not dipped as shown. They taste ok but I wouldn’t order them again. The shipping was dissatisfactory but customer service was good.

Thank you so much for your great service. I sent Belgian Dipped Chocolate cookies from Melbourne Australia to my nephew in Boston. I was a little bit apprehensive given I hadn't previously encountered your business, but I was delighted with the service. The communication was great from the moment I ordered until the moment it was delivered. My nephew was thrilled with the delivery. I am doing this review based on what my daughter's boyfriend told me. He wasn't home when they delivered cookies. He didn't get them til late that night. He said they didn't melt in the Florida heat and they were the best cookies he ever ate. I don't know how the package looked or if he was trying to be polite, but that is what he said.

I ordered the Belgian Dipped Chocolate Chip Cookies for my Mother on Mother's Day. She reports the cookies are absolutely delicious. She was very impressed with the presentation. I didn't see it but she described a red envelope and some bubble wrap pouches; she thought it was lovely.
